Cancún International Airport Terminal 3?
#1
HI Tropicalsim I had just recently just purchased your wonderful mmun and was wondering if you were planning on adding terminal 3 to the scenery in a future update, since this is now in important part of the airport and it will look even more fantastic with your scenery. <img src=\'http://www.tropicalsim.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\'Wink\' />

Hello,

Good news. We do in fact have the T3 update planned in the near future. Just this past weekend our supply of new photographs arrived for this area. We also expect to do some extra optimization for the FSX version of the airport. We are finishing of Aruba and another project underway, so the T3 update for MMUN is 3rd in line currently. We wanted to have done this already, but lack of good pictures held us back as the ones we did have was not good enough to create true to life quality update.

Thank you Leandro I can Imagine how hard it is to do all the 3d work textures etc etc but I'm very happy to hear that you do have terminal 3 on your list and I can understand that it is not easy considering some airports have construction all the time which makes things harder for scenery developers and thanks again for considering this update. look forward to its release.
Leandro, forgot to mention something I had just noticed that that the airport has no ground equipment at all baggage carts, catering, trucks tugs, tow bars etc etc

I used to work at the ramp in a u.s airport, there a lot of things around the gate and on the ramp, and it just makes it more detailed as you come in into the gate having small details like this, hopefully if you guys have the time after the work on terminal 3 adding that would also make the scenery really good I noticed you did that with aruba in your screen shots and its looks better with the small details like that.I know that the fsx version has the fsx trucks but I believe that using your own custom made models by you guys it would look way better as of right now I don't really use fsx to much since the fps is a problem with a lot of airports in that version, so I mostly use fs9 for all my simming and of course this is just some suggestions since I felt there were some things missing from the scenery.

Hi Leandro, was just thinking today, any updates on terminal 3 for Canun? I'm not sure if they added anything new to the airport so far besides terminal 3.

No problems. We have also begun our new versions for a few of our past classics such as Havana for FS9 and FSX as well as other goodies on the assembly line <img src=\'http://www.tropicalsim.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\'Wink\' />

Hello,

Yep, in fact it was opened 2-3 days ago from what I was informed.

Stay tuned as you'll be surprised as this will be out sooner rather than later <img src=\'http://www.tropicalsim.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\'Wink\' />
